Description

This is a very rare vintage sewing pattern designed by the famous Hollywood costume designer, Charles LeMaire, for Joan Bennett in the 1950 movie "For Heaven's Sake."  The pattern is for a beautiful hostess coat and slip or slip dress.  This pattern is unused, factory folded and unprinted, but the envelope is torn.  Though labeled a size 14, keep in mind that patterns are sized very differently than ready to wear clothing, and this one is for a size 32" bust.  You can review all of the measurements on the chart in the photo of the back of the envelope.

In order to best determine fit, measure yourself or a garment of a similar style that fits you well. Compare those measurements to those on the item description.
