This is a 2 piece Mid Century green cotton plaid outfit with a full skirt and button front blouse with a mini peplum. The label reads; Janice Kay by Richard Ingersoll and this 2 piece vintage dress is most likely from the early 1960's. Usually, with outfits like these, the top is tucked into the skirt, but this one has a finished hem so you can also wear it out as shown!
The only flaw I can find is that the next to the last button on the top (on the peplum) is a different one than the rest. Other than that, the skirt and top are both in excellent condition! Of course, you can also wear the skirt separately, keep in mind that we are showing it with a crinoline slip (sold separately), to indicate the fullness, but you definitely don't need to wear one! This summer outfit can take you in to the fall!
