Isadora Paris French Bakelite Galalith Chicken and the Egg vintage Necklace

Outstanding and very rare necklace from Isadora Paris. This is a French Bakelite, or Galalith, necklace with chickens and eggs. Which came first?  A VERY rare piece and Isadora Paris necklaces like this are already highly collectible so this one is even more so.

From a recent estate we acquired that originally belonged to a woman who bought only the very best with a great artistic flare.  She purchased mainly Issey Miyake, Sonia Rykiel, Yves Saint Laurent and was very particular about the jewelry and handbags she purchased. This necklace is one of several we were fortunate to be able to buy from her estate and it is fabulous!

If you aren't familiar with Isadora Paris, the company started in 1976 and the pieces are designed by Danielle Poullain.  I have never even seen this one on the web, so I know, as was everything this woman purchased, it is very special!
